Dana Wardell is a Registered Massage Therapist (R.M.T.) with over 25 years of experience in therapeutic massage and injury recovery. A graduate of a provincially recognized massage therapy program, Dana has practiced in multidisciplinary settings throughout Ontario and has been part of the Injury Rehabilitation Centre Caledonia team since its early days.
Her treatments focus on relieving muscle tension, improving mobility, and promoting relaxation through customized, evidence-based massage techniques. Dana tailors each session to meet the specific needs of her clients—whether it’s chronic pain management, athletic recovery, or everyday stress relief.
